The GetSlim! Challenge is a doctor supervised,
fun and comprehensive weight loss program. The GetSlim! Challenge
runs for eight weeks. Here we challenge you to be your best.
The program is designed to kick start your metabolism, burn
fat and help you lose weight.
Further the program includes Physician guidance, structured
meal plans, 100% whole food nutritional supplementation, a
web based progress tracker and structured exercise classes.
Also we only accept twelve (12) participants
in each GetSlim! Challenge. This gives us maximum one-on-one
time with you.
At the start of the GetSlim! Challenge, each participant is
medically evaluated, weighed, measured and counseled on how
the program works. You will use the knowledge and techniques
you gain on this program for life. If you follow this program,
you will never be fat and overweight again.
During the week participants follow the GetSlim! Challenge
program at home; by doing their exercises, watching their
food intake and taking their nutritional supplementation.
We also provide a web based progress tracker to help chart
your progress and keep you on course. This tool allows the
Physician to monitor each participant’s progress and
provide feedback as necessary.
At the end of each week, participants return to the office
for follow-up visits with the Physician. During the weekly
visits, any necessary course corrections are discussed and
implemented.
Also each week, (usually on Saturdays) all GetSlim! Challenge
participants meet at the Wesley Chapel District Park for a
structured and fun exercise session. These exercise sessions
are heart pumping, fun, exhilarating and usually last for
about an hour. Wear comfortable running shoes and bring your,
water, towel and exercise mat. We also encourage you to bring
your spouse, best friend or anyone that you know will keep
you encouraged.
